Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Disassemble the chair carefully and pack all components, including tools and manuals, into the original shipping box to ensure safe transit.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
